LIAISON STAFF

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business related course

• Has wide experience in processing government permits

• Knowledgeable in construction required permits such as OBO, Zoning, Fire, Occupancy, etc.

• Highly initiative and excellent time management ability

• Proficient in computer MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Can handle field and office work 

• Preferably with driver’s license 

• Knowledgeable with basic CAD and drafting skills is an advantage
