PROJECT COORDINATOR

The ideal candidate will work with the US based Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals.
Maintain the overall work plan and project plans, tracking key tasks, critical path, and budgets.
Documenting the outcomes of projects.
Preparing regular reports against project progress in agreed format and content.
Meets regularly with ED to review the status of projects; plan key events, meetings, and upcoming travel; and prioritize open action items.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends special projects and initiatives related to general business administration.
Other duties as requested.

Event Coordination:

Research, schedule and coordinate all industry events for assigned BUs. This includes the registration, shipping of materials, attendee registration, travel accommodations, etc. Also responsible for all marketing collateral being created and shipped and within marketing budget for event(s).
Working with marketing and sales teams on live training events for assigned BUs including marketing material, logistics, shipments, etc.

Basic A/P and A/R reconciliation:

Create, issue, and collect POs and Invoices for assigned BUs. Handle all receivables once approved by BU to ensure they are paid in a timely manner. Must always maintain reports of spending for assigned BUs.

Reporting:

Creates and maintains reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents in response to and in anticipation of ED’s needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any business course
Experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management and Marketing of at least 2 years (combined)
Ability to prioritize and multi-task; highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and high attention to detail
Expertise in Google G Suite, Slack, Zoho, Zoom, LinkedIn etc.; preferably with experience in Google Sheets that includes importing foreign spreadsheets and complex formulas
WFH set up with own laptop/desktop & internet connectivity of 10mbps or more
