PAYROLL OFFICER
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and updating payroll information.
Compile summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, and others relating to payroll and reporting the same.
Required to track employee work hours, check and prepare employee compensation payments.
Respond to employee questions about wages and deductions
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources or related field
work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll assistant or related role
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with an ability to spot errors
Time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
