OPERATION MANAGER

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The operation manager (OM) plays a key role and serves as a bridge between the distributor and the principal to ensure alignment in chalking out the overall operational policy.

  • Responsible for all the sales operations relating to a specific business unit of the company in the assigned territory.

  • Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of an organization.

  • He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Ability to perform a lot of computing functions

  • Familiarity with databases and sales related system

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially using Excel

  • Degree in Marketing or related field with atleast 3 years experience in a Managerial position

  • Excellent ability in problem solving

  • Can work well with the group and can multi task
