Job Qualification:

  • A Graduate of BS- Information Technology/ BS- Computer Engineering

  • Minimum of five (5) years of working relevant experience in leading an IT team, delivering projects and services, under a global IT transformation program.

  • Able to effectively communicate in small and in large group/s & can write business correspondence 

  •  Extensive experience in implementing IT governance, policies, standards and procedures, best practices and metrics to ensure proper control/ risk management and system/ data security are in place and in compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Windows and Cisco, Six Sigma and ITIL certifications is a plus

Job Description:

  • Planning, leading, organizing and controlling all activities of Information Technology Section.

  • Supervise the work of Software Development, Network Administration, System Administration and Technical Support

  • Monitor telecommunications equipment, facilities, servers and network performance

  • Modify and develop existing web applications according to request and new requirements

  • Perform the responsibilities outlined in the IT Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan as Incident Response Team Lead

  • Assist in any programs designed to improve the quality and efficiency of the operational processes as well as to reduce costs.
