• Amenable to work in Cebu City

• Willing to attend an office interview

• Must currently be in Cebu City

What you'll be doing?

• Make reviews to greatly enhance steps and specialized innovations.

• Using an electronic model responds to consumer issues in a call center environment.

• May operate one or more of the following: Replies to telephone queries and grievances using usual scripts and operations.

• Gathers info, researches/resolves queries, and records user phone calls.

• Communicates adequate choices for resolution in a well-timed fashion.
