The CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR is responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities at a construction site and ensuring that construction projects are carried out on time and within budget in a safe and quality-oriented manner. In other words, his duty is to oversee and manage a team of civil engineers and other relevant contractors and subcontractors who design and develop construction projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise construction project and ensures that all activities are carried out in strict adherence to all regulations.

2. Monitors ongoing construction projects to make sure that work is properly executed within deadlines by planning and organizing tasks while also coordinating a team of civil engineers and/or contractors.

3. Provides effective supervision to all ongoing construction activities by being familiar with all areas of the project, such as structural drawings, blueprints, and deadlines.

4. Ensures that all parties involved in a project execute their various assigned tasks as they are supposed to, and also examine and/or inspect work completed and ongoing works periodically.

5. Builds and maintains healthy relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, while also acting as a liaison between groups that are involved in the construction project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

2. Licensed Engineer

3. Licensed Driver, preferably with own motorcycle

4. With 5 years of related work experience as Project Supervisor, preferably with experiences in structural and architectural / mechanical / electrical / plumbing works

5. Preferably with excellent verbal and communication skills, keen to details, strong leadership, and teamwork skills, excellent multitasking skills, good organizational and project management skills

6. Complete with the 4 government numbers and documents (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN).
