Mid-level Backend Developer (PHP)

Lendflow is seeking a passionate and accomplished Mid-level Backend Developer (PHP 3+ years of commercial experience), focused on providing consumers in the Financial Space with a world-class experience when it comes to obtaining working capital. Working alongside and reporting to our Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our robust API framework.

You will need to be a technologist with a high capacity for building financial software and solutions that developers love to build, and more importantly that consumers love to use.

Responsibilities

• Develop security-focused endpoints, used both internally and externally.

• Build innovative, state-of-the-art services and work closely with our User Experience (UX) team.

• Solve unique and complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.

• Analyze, design, program, compile, debug, support, and modify software, enhancements, add-ons, and integrations for new and existing product offerings.

• Provide technical leadership to less experienced developers and provide constructive criticism to help make the team stronger.

• Demonstrate sound judgment while still thinking strategically, creatively, and fostering innovation

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of Laravel experience, ideally building high-volume API endpoints.

• You're a self-starter and have no problem working on-site and managing your time.

• You get along with others and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrable experience with PHP
