CEBU ERNBRI IMPORT, INC. (CEII) is a corporation lawfully existing and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), primarily to engage in, but not limited to, import, buy, sell at wholesale, trade, export goods such as SCUBA diving equipment, water sports and other similar or related goods and merchandise, with its principal office located in Cebu City and its administrative office located in Makati.

CEII was founded by ERNEST LONG and BRIAN GILES (hence the name ERNBRI) and incorporated in 2002 after it acquired the importation component of the 30-year-old Aquaventure Philippines, and the then largest distributor of diving equipment, Whitetip Divers originally established in the 1980s.Not long after the incorporation of CEII, Brian Giles acquired the trademark of AQUAVENTURE WHITETIP DIVE SUPPLY (AWDS) and caused its registration with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.

Since its inception, CEII - AWDS has been the largest retailer and wholesale distributor of SCUBA diving equipment and related products in the Philippines. CEII – AWDS has Branches strategically located and operating in Cebu, Mactan, Boracay, Alona, Dumaguete, Anilao, Puerto Galera, Coron, El Nido, Makati and Moalboal (Temporary Close) to distribute a full range of SCUBA diving equipment countrywide along with a well-coordinated distribution and service network.

Being the largest distributor of SCUBA diving equipment in the country, CEII has endeavored to acquire exclusive importation rights and distributorship of the best brands of SCUBA diving equipment for distribution in the territory of the Philippines.

To date, CEII is the exclusive distributor of the world’s leading manufacturers of diving equipment that uses advanced research and development and highly efficient engineering techniques such as AQUA LUNG and SHERWOOD. CEII is also the exclusive distributor for APEKS, the world’s leading manufacturer of technical diving equipment; SEALIFE, the only company with focus exclusively on underwater imaging and lighting for over 25 years, created underwater cameras, housings, lighting and accessories that allow you to capture and keep these remarkable memories; as well as SUUNTO, company known for sports precision instruments for diving, training and outdoor sports. CEII is also the exclusive distributor for COLTRI breathing air compressors, which offers toughness, mobility and greater air capacity, for a more professional performance and with units designed as stationary dive shop air refilling machine or the portable units for liveaboards or smaller dive boats.
