HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF

We are looking for a competitive and reliant HR Staff that is capable of handling tasks at a given deadline.

Job Description:

Assists the recruitment process
Communicate and promote the company to possible clients
Analyze marketing strategies
Source out applicants
Identifies suitable recruitment channels for the company.
Manages digital marketing strategies like checking SNS postings, HTML, and other digital platforms.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in AB/BS Psychology
Must have at least 6 months of Recruitment experience in the BPO industry or in a big company handling at least 500 employees
Required Skill(s): Interpersonal relation, decision making, highly organized and analytical analysis
Can work well with Japanese staff
Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing
Knowledgeable in using SNS marketing tools and HTML making
Can work with less supervision and can multitask
Can start ASAP
Preferably Females
