BROKER NETWORK OFFICER

Brief: The Broker Network Officer is responsible for ensuring the achievement of brokers’ channel sales targets. He/she mainly focuses on expanding project awareness by conducting project presentations, seller profiling, site tours, accreditation, and project updates. Must build and maintain seller and customer relationships, execute sales strategy, and complete administrative duties such as document compliance from reservation to account booking.

Reports to: For Broker Network Manager he/she reports directly to the COO, while for Broker Network Officer reports directly to the Broker Network Manager. Both. Both positions shall constantly communicate with external clients and closely monitor brokers' performance. Coordination with the Documentation and Finance Departments for client-related concerns is also expected.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales target attainment
Seller recruitment and activation
Monitor the performance of the assigned seller’s network
Closely monitors sales activity results and seller’s pipeline
Prepares weekly sales report
Conducts product presentations and updates
Assists accredited brokers in presenting the project details to clients
Perform other tasks or assignments that may be required by superior or top management from time to time
In the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities, the incumbent is expected to demonstrate honesty and operate at a high ethical standard in all business and personal dealings with others. Perform full disclosure of any potential conflict of interest that may arise and appropriately report any irregularities observed in the course of performing his/her functions.

Interaction with others/key relationships:

Works with the Sales and Marketing Department
Coordinates with other departments for the servicing of the customer’s requests/concerns

Physical Working Conditions:

May require occasional travel to other locations where the business operates. Such requirements may vary depending on the resources and requirements of LGU where the business is located.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Marketing or any Business-related course
At least 2-4 years of experience in the real estate industry
Experience in handling broker’s network
Experience in customer relationship management
Presentation skills is a must
People person
Strong leadership, planning, and organization skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and results-driven
