MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Sourcer!

General Description: Sourcing is the first step toward helping a company hire practical candidates that match a desired set of skills. Duties include finding resumes with proper qualifications, screening these candidates, and sourcing the matches to the right open positions.

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Gliding shift, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM; Office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities:

• Use social media and online resume database networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet) to look for and connect with potential candidates

• Review resumes to pre-screen candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements

• Send emails and perform callouts to follow up with candidates

• Sourcing, cold calling, and lead generation

• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals

• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases

• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires

• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

Requirements:

• At least college level

• Good understanding of recruitment process

• At least 1 year work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

• Knowledgeable with headhunting and sourcing techniques

• Computer savvy and familiar with Google Suites (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs)

• Experience with using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a big plus

• Strong willed, self-motivated, goal-oriented and with a positive attitude

• Can work with minimal supervision

• Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 20,000 - 25,000 (Plus incentives)

• New hire bonus of 5,000

• Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
