MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a QA Associate!

General Description: The QA Associate is responsible for all monitoring and evaluation that ensures guidelines are being adhered to and that standards are consistently met.

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Gliding shift, 8 AM - 5 PM PHT; Office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Performs historical client interaction (call/chat/GTM/email) monitoring and evaluation

• Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards

• Participates in calibration sessions

• Ensure adherence to process guidelines

• Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate

• At least 2 years experience in the BPO industry

• Mentoring/SME/supervisory role is a plus

• Keen attention to detail

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proactive, innovative, thinks outside the box

• Willing to work mid/night shifts

• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

• Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park

• Willing to work during holidays and weekends

 Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 15,000 - 20,000 (negotiable based on experience)

• New hire bonus of 5,000
