Cloud Support Engineer (Level 1) | With Hiring Bonus!

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer (Level 1)!

General Description: The Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining cloud computing systems. The bulk of the work involves assessing systems to identify potential weaknesses or problems, determine when something isn't working, as well as take steps to correct the problem. They upgrade software and hardware systems in order to ensure optimal performance and prevent system issues. They may also provide technical support to customers who are having issues with the system.

​Work Schedule and Arrangement: Rotating shift; Office-based Setup

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in troubleshooting concerns brought up by current clients.

• Assist with preventive maintenance of current servers.

• Assist with the setup and migration of clients.

• Contribute to the improvement of the current infrastructure.

Requirements:

• BS Graduate in any Technology related course (Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science)

• Must have good English communication skills

• Knowledge of servers, networks, client-server systems, and firewalls is a must

• Work experience with servers is an advantage

• Windows Server knowledge is a plus

• AWS or VM ware or Nutanix certified is a plus

• Customer Service experience is a plus

• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

• Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park

• Willing to work during holidays and weekends

 Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 25,000 - 30,000

• New hire bonus of 5,000
