About the job:

If you’re not familiar with any of these tasks yet, don’t worry! We’ll train you in what you need to know - just as long as you’re a good fit.

The primary tasks for this job position will be:

HR Tasks:

• Review and approve cash advances

• Review and approve leaves

• Review and ask for further processing loans

• Create and review weekly Hubstaff reports

• Flag EAs who aren’t able to follow the policies set by the company

• Onboarding and welcoming new EAs

• Walk through the process of off boarding with the client

Operations Tasks:

• Set up a training for EAs based on tasks and tools from client

• Monthly Coaching Calls

• Check training boards for progress

• Setting up regular checkins

• Make sure tasks and SOPs are documented for offboarding REAs

Basic Requirements:

• You live in Cebu

• You have good operational skills

• You love learning and you are always working hard on making yourself better

• You like helping others 

• You work hard to do great work, but you are also willing to make mistakes

• You’re brave and willing to take action where the action is needed

• You’re a problem solver 

Technical Requirements:

• You have Operation and HR experience for at least 6 months 

• You have good interpersonal skills

• You have managed a team before

Salary Range is: Php 20,000-25,000 per month (depending on experience)
