Monster Kitchen Incorporated is in need of a STORE SUPERVISOR - PUERTO BRANCH

 

Functions:

  • Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the store and the cashiers

  • Meet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in preparing an annual budget; formulating pricing policies and scheduling expenditures

  • Responsible for plotting schedule of subordinates to cover operating hours

  • Handle customer complaints, issues and questions

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the retail industry is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills, management skills

  • Baking or cooking skills is a plus.
