JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing friendly, personable, and timely support to our customers via CRM Tool, live call, e-mail, and chat-based services

  • Understand Client Products and Services

  • Make decision according to the defined Policies and Procedures related to client products and services

  • Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions

  • Interface effectively with other internal and client teams

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live call, chat, or email

  • Resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively via live call, chat, and email based on the scope of work

  • Assisting with customer orders and account issues including but not limited to cancellations, returns, and shipping issues

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and escalate policy, product, and technical issues when appropriate

  • Utilize available resources to identify appropriate solutions for customers

  • Identify and escalate emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues

  • Maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute with minimum of 85% accuracy

  • Basic computer navigation and technical skills Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Ability to Multi-task

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills while maintaining high quality standards

  • Ideally with advanced Google chrome suite skills

  • Ideally with advance knowledge of ZenDesk and ZenDesk Talk

  • Ideally with experience using Chat software
