Is currently looking for:

STORE MANAGER (7-ELEVEN)  

REPORTS TO : Convenience Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible and accountable for the profitability, sales performance, margin management, inventory management, cost control, utilization of assets of the assigned store, and management of the store employees through constant coordination with the manpower service provider.  

Technical Skill Requirement:  

1. Holder of a 4-year college degree preferably in the field of business, management, economics, or engineering.

2. Work experience in the field of Retail, Good customer service is an advantages.

3. Working knowledge of the use of computers and proficiency with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4. Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form.

5. Possess and holder of current NBI and Police Clearances as well as active Philippine Government IDs.

6. Performance-driven and result oriented.  

7. Disciplined work ethic and can deliver expectations with minimal supervision.

8. Maintains proper decorum when on the job.

9. Conscious of proper time management, observes promptness when attending set appointments/meetings, and accomplishes committed deliverables.

10. Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes.
