BILLS PAYMENT AND REMITTANCE TELLER

Job Description:

• Assist customers with processing transactions, such as remittances, deposits, withdrawals, or payments.

• Respond to queries and resolve complaints or account discrepancies.

• Record transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports.

Qualifications and Traits:

• College-level education or a college degree is preferred.

• Attention to detail (accuracy in recording transactions; identifying account discrepancies)

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Honesty, integrity, and patience.
