Technical Support Specialists

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be providing support to our international partners in the IT field and ensuring that the results are satisfactory for all parties.

This may include the following responsibilities:

• Developing and troubleshooting active directory systems

• Handling customer issues and concerns

• Responding to customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder (graduates of Information Technology and Information Systems are encouraged to apply!)

• OR TESDA Certificate holder for IT-related trainings and other seminars

• Good to excellent English communication skills

• Filipino citizen or holding a relevant residence status

• Willing to work on-site

• Willing to start immediately
