Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you are at the forefront of every business we support. You will make sales pitches that stand out and initiate personalized conversations that stick.

You are expected to generate leads, attract new clients, and win new accounts.

An Outbound Sales Specialist is expected to:

Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
Contact existing clients to promote newly-developed products or services
Work with potential clients to identify how the proposed solution satisfies their needs/requirements
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics

What it takes to be part of our team:

Completed 2 years in college/ College graduate of any business-related course
Has at least 1 year of experience in any of the following:
Solid sales experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)
Business-to-business (B2B) or Business-to-consumer (B2C)
IT Sales
Outbound telemarketing/cold calling/outbound sales experience
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, onsite - Pasay
Proficiency in any type of sales management software and CRM
