FSB Land Holdings Inc. is looking for a competitive SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE who will help the company grow its business through sales as a result of effective lead generation and excellent customer service.

 

What is expected of you:

  • Directly sell and market the company products to prospective clients through advertisements and participation in various sales & marketing campaigns.

  • Achieve the sales targets by doing the tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

  • Ensure utmost satisfaction to clients by providing after-sales support.

  • Meet sales quota as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing or any related course

  • With a minimum of 5 years experience as Sales and Marketing Executive in the Real Estate Industry

  • Has established connections with different realty and brokerage firms

  • Proven negotiation and marketing skills

  • Well-versed in delivering presentations in English/Cebuano

  • Preferably residing in Minglanilla or nearby areas
