Job Summary

 

A Sales Supervisor oversees the Sales Team in making sure the overall corporate sales objective is met. 


Functions:

  • Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.

  • Revises and implements the sales strategies plans.

  • Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.

  • Provides a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.

  • Coordinates sales activities from all areas for timely update of sales. 

  • Manages the sales agents .

  • Implements systematic selling.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in sales and marketing or business administration

  • Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills

  • At least 2 years experience in distribution and retail 

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Has driver’s license (Restriction code 1,2)
