SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (ON-SITE)

 

Job Description:

 

Senior Process Engineers are responsible to:

  • Ensure optimal productivity and yield of the production lines through process development and improvements that guarantees efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Apply concepts and principles along specialized areas (Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science, etc.) and acquired knowledge in the work area to resolve recurring problems

  • Determine opportunities for process and/or product quality improvements

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ working experience as Lead Quality Engineer

  • Working experience in handling risk assessment and management

  • Project management experience would be beneficial

  • Relevant experience with statistical process control and capability analysis is preferred

  • Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles (e.g. 6 Thinking Hats, CATWOE approach, etc.) in the absence of direction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
