HR GENERALIST

Job Objective:

An HR Generalist manages HR service delivery and ensures alignment with HR Objectives & Targets. He/She ensures maintenance and keeping up to date employee records in the organization to provide comprehensive and accurate information to demands and requests in accordance with data protection and regulation.

HR Generalists are responsible in:

• Providing HR-related support to employees and assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures

• Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form

• Promoting programs that develop employees' overall well-being

Job Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration / Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent

• With relevant work experience in a related field of Human Resources

• Experienced employee specialized in General HR Facets such as Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Amenable to work in the City of Naga, Cebu
