LABOR RELATION STAFF

 

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any four (4) year College course, preferably BS/BA- Psychology.

  • Possesses good planning, organizing, leading, communication and administration skills.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Has good understanding of general employment policies, procedures and labor laws.

  • Must have extensive experience in resolving employee conflict..

  • Has the ability to remain calm under pressure and stressful situations.

  • Must have the patience and > ability to handle difficult people.

  • Experience in CBA negotiations is preferred. Knowledgeable about ISO.

  • Can do office tasks and reports
