CNC MACHINIST (25 SLOT)

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years work experience in related field 

• Fresh graduate applicants are welcome to apply

• Passport with validity at least 5 years

• At least diploma or Bachelor's degree in MECHANICAL, MECHATRONIC, ELECTRICAL, AUTOMATION ENGINEERING, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING or equivalent.

• Able to work under pressure with good time management

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good command or oral and written English

• With working experience in CNC field will be an added advantage

• Able to perform shift rotation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Set up, operate and maintain the CNC lathe/Auto Lathe/Milling Machine

• Set up, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gauge & fixture to do accurate inspection checking

• Read technical drawing and perform quality troubleshooting

• MONITOR AND ENSURE DAILY OUTPUT FOLLOW SCHEDULE GIVEN

• Adhere all the regulations, ISO requirements & safety in work place

• Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance on machinery

• Participate in ad hoc work-tasks or responsibility as instructed by supervisor

• Report & notify any problems to supervisor or engineer at all times

• Keep track of and maintain a high level of accuracy of tooling inventory to ensure the smoothness of operation
