FRONT OFFICE SERVICE LEADER
 
Description:
Improve and implement new procedure and features to enhance workflow of the department.
Leads the reception team in performance of their duties and responsibilities.
Must ensure all guest issues are handled and appropriately followed up on quickly and efficiently.
Promote guest satisfaction through his/her ability to develop and maintain a team environment, placing an emphasis on associate satisfaction, and delivering prompt and courteous service as well as promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Providing timely and professional check in/check out.
Promote hotel services and facilities; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase guest satisfaction.
Maintain a commitment to consistently provide friendly service, consistently providing the highest quality product and value to every customer on every occasion.
Qualifications:
1 year front office/guest services experience
HRM Graduate or a Nursing Graduate is an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills are essential, must be able to multitask, have outstanding attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Must be results orientated.
Must have strong conflict resolution skills and strong negotiation skills.
Must have the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills is required.
Proficient in MS Word/Excel is required.
