Is currently looking for:

 

COMMISSARY MANAGER

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business or management course

  • At least 2 years managerial experience in Commissary/Production

  • Well organized and can prepare plans and projections

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Highly motivated, innovative, creative, imaginative, flexible and dynamic

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, leads, organizes and controls all activities of his/her department

  • Monitors quality of products and ensures adherence to company standards and recommends to the Operations Manager possible improvements to existing standards

  • Monitors movement of products and ensures proper projections made by his/her supervisors in relation to sales targets as approved by the OM

  • Closely coordinates with the Sales Department on proper feedback on product availability in the restaurant to ensure that there are no run-outs

  • Responsible for strategic planning and management of the Commissary including but not limited to Inventory, Production, Delivery and People Management
