The company is in need of additional talents for the following position:

ENGINEERING STAFF

Duties and responsibilities:

Calculate, estimate and manage all cost-related aspects in construction projects.
Responsible for estimating the quantity of a planned construction project in terms of area (project can be new builds or ongoing maintenance or refurbishment work)
To ensure that the construction project is completed within the projective budget analyze plans and other project documents in order to estimate the quantity
Visit project sites to gather data and quantification to verify the progress of accomplishments of the project
Review building, construction, or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering/Architectural Graduate
Preferably Female
With good analytical thinking, keen attention to detail and leadership skills
Highly organized and with time management skills
Above average communication skills in both written and spoken English
Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat Pro and other relevant apps].
Background in Construction industry is an advantage
