VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Visual Merchandising Manager/Supervisor is responsible for increasing revenues through conceptualizing designs/themes/ideas and implementing visual merchandising display that is aligned with the company’s overall branding
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/she makes the most of the space available, works within a budget and meets deadlines.
Plays a key role in creating a positive store image and in increasing revenues
Researches concepts and ideas for seasonal projects
Plans and designs seasonal projects and follow up on implementation in ISI stores within a selected timeframe
Changes or rotates window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion.
Arranges properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, or other accessories, as shown in prepared sketches.
Plans commercial displays to entice and appeal to customers.
Develops ideas or plans for merchandise displays or window decorations.
Consults with sales area manager to determine type of merchandise to be featured and time and place for each display.
Works with direct reports to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Architecture or similar
With at least 3 years experience in Visual Merchandising
