We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.



  • Initiates and Implements promotional activities and evaluates it impact to store sales, delivery of the sales targets

  • Evaluates market trends and gather competitive information, identifies trends that effect current and future growth of area sales and profitability, collaborates with marketing and supports the delivery of marketing campaigns

  • Ensures proper display of merchandise based on visual and customer service standards at selling area

  • Acts as a role model in complying with the company policies and ensures staff to comply with all policies and work requirements at all times, clearly communicates business and store objectives to staff so that they remain well informed of business activity and of their required contribution to targets, encourages team to seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward

  • Drives  and supports the management of customer service activities and staff competence so as to optimize and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction

  • Works with direct reports to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff

  • Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related course

  • At least 2-4 years managerial experience in retail operations

  • Sales oriented

  • Able to motivate others
