HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably BS/AB Psychology

• Experienced in all facets of HR functions such as end to end hiring procedure, trainings, payroll, compensation, and benefits

• Familiar with Labor Laws of the Philippines

• Effective employee relations, handling of grievances and exit interview

• Teambuilding and Outsourcing existence

• Employee motivation and retention

• Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• With at least 3 years experience in HR related work

• Must be Detailed and Goal oriented
