We use sustainable natural materials to create a wide offering of bespoke surfaces of the highest quality for interior design of superyachts, private jets, and residential objects.

We recently extended our scope to build up the production of pre-defined furniture objects intended for residential and hospitality sectors without compromising quality.

To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we need several Loom Weavers to support our growing demand for intricate and delicate weaving products.

Job description

Execute assigned loom weaves to meet design and quality in time.
Use natural and synthetic materials such as thread, woven rope, abaca, lampakanai, rattan, bamboo split, vines to create existing and new weaving products.
Document weaving work to allow traceability of the weaving process.
Check material availability in the warehouse.
Report issues and problems to the weaving team leader and contribute to resolution.
Keep the workplace clean and safe.
Follow instructions given by the team leader, supervisor, and manager.
Reduce waste material as much as possible.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Several years of experience in loom weaving of different natural and synthetic materials such as thread, woven rope, abaca, lampakanai, bamboo split, and vines.
Experienced hand weavers willing to be trained in loom weaving are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable of raw materials preparation prior to weaving.
Good eye for details and understanding of quality.
Good understanding of natural materials used in weaving.
Willing to learn new skills.
