HELPDESK SUPPORT

The Job

You will be expected to:

Support our staffs and clients on understanding the QIMA system logic & procedure.
Provide our internal users guidelines and support them whenever required.
Verify bug reported from users and deliver them to the manager and developers.
Track system issues and make bug report to the manager for bug analysis.
Attend to technical maintenance, issues and computer troubleshooting – repairing or adjusting computers, laptops, keyboards, scanners, and other PC accessories.
Assist remote coworkers on local software, hardware and network issue investigating and troubleshooting.
Proactively monitor all systems/communications within a multi-location infrastructure.
Worked on any Ticketing system.
Analytical and process-oriented approach.

The Candidate

What We Are Looking for:

The willing and capacity to work independently.
- This position is a multiple-in-one (20% technical support + 80% business support) and one-for-everyone (we have other team members but in other offices/countries) design, so you will need to be capable of different types of professional skills from internal training and also working independently.
- Business Support: Support internal users to understand QIMA’s business procedures, logic, guide them to use the system & report bugs to the manager/developers.
- Technical Support: Windows OS hardware, network and scanner/printer installation/maintain.
Good English listening, reading, speaking and writing skills enough to work with people from all over the world.
The capacity to communicate with users and product managers. The soft skillset is considered the key for this role.
The capacity and determination to learn and to challenge yourselves with problems you have never encountered before.
Excellent skills to communicate with users and IT managers, to explain technical information clearly.
Knowledge of call tracking applications.
Analytical and process-oriented approach.
