COST CONTROL/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in BS Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • With at least 2 years experience in building construction and estimates

  • Knows how to prepare quantity take-off and cutting list

  • Preferably familiar with MEPF

  • Proficient in 2D applications, Microsoft Excel, Autocad and Planswift

  • Must be efficient and very well organized 

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and can perform with minimal supervision

  • Must be committed to the job

  • Highly analytical
