Introduction Biao Builders is a Design, Estimate, Supply and Build Construction Company that had its humble beginnings on the month of January 2005. It caters services within Cebu City, nearby provinces in the Visayas and other selected areas in Mindanao. Our company provides labor and material services for building construction up to four storeys high and construction of residential houses. The company is being managed and operated personally by an experienced licensed Civil Engineer and DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer who’s been in the field of construction for almost a decade and still counting.
