ACCOUNTING CLERK

 

Reports to: Marciano A. Villavito

Department: Accounting

Job Location: Main Office

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

  • Prepares financial statements with supporting documents

  • Encodes daily transactions, but not limited to cash disbursements, cash receipts, journal entries, etc. Prepare requests for payment based on valid documents and are payables due to various suppliers.

  • Prepares check based on approved request for payment duly supported with valid documents on a per

  • Prepares Summary of Remittances to BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF

  • Prepares VAT Returns and VAT Payments

  • Processes Business Permit and other permits & licenses.

Qualifications:

  • Male

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy or Management Accounting, Financial Accounting or Accounting Technology

  • Computer Literate.
