  • Must have 8+ years of L&D experience including but not limited to delivery of both online and classroom style training material.

  • Must have experience with Program design / Instructional Design / E-learning design.

  • Must have solid Project Management experience.

  • Preferably with LMS / Workday experience.

  • Preferably with experience in customer service / customer support environments.

  • Preferably with experience in IT / Tech companies.


  • Mapping a core competency framework for each area of the business using existing company models and frameworks.

  • Tailor programs to various locations to enable roll-out in the region.

  • Introducing Coaching Programs (skill training, practice labs).

  • Redesign of the onboarding programs in the region.

  • Design and develop Career Pathways for the Customer Service and Support Communities in Cebu.
