STAFF ACCOUNTANT

GY Shift

Hybrid work setup

Work location: Cebu Business Park

Offer: 18-23k

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve customer billing and credit issues
Contact and follow up with customers on past due invoices by phone and email
Record and post payments received from customers
Verify and apply edits to customer invoices related to refunds, cancellations, and adjustments
Respond to Finance queue cases in the ticketing system. Examples include: customer requests for new vendor setup forms, W9 forms, billing information updates, payment issues
Assist Finance team with other projects

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business related 4-year course but preferably BS Finance, BS Accountancy/BS Accounting Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer and MS Office skills
Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and issues
Can work with minimal supervision
With Sage Intacct experience preferred
Organized and very detail-oriented
With BPO experience is a plus
