THE OPPORTUNITY: QA SPECIALIST

The primary function of the QA Specialist is to review and audit Home Health Agency visit notes for documentation consistency with the patient’s Plan of Care and adherence to the quality of care guidelines set by Medicare in the United States.

WHAT IT TAKES

Bachelor’s degree holder in any Allied Health courses
At least 1-2 years of clinical experience
Experience in a Healthcare BPO/Home Health Care Account is an advantage
Willing to work onsite (Robinsons Cybergate site)

WORK SETUP

Day shift from 7 AM - 4 PM
Fixed weekends off
