Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and related field

• Work experience in the related field is preferred but FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME to apply

• Keen to details

• Good scholastic record is a PLUS

• Administrative skills are required

Job Description

• Arranges for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability

• Screen qualified applicants

• Conduct and schedule initial interviews and exam

• Administers and evaluates applicant and employee aptitude, personality, and interest assessment

• Arranges for in-house training activities

• Orient new employees to the company rules and regulations.

• Analyzing memos and submissions 

• Manage 201 files and other administrative tasks

• Accepts multiple tasks at once 

• Reporting and filing 

• Other related task that will be assign
