BTCPower seeks a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system. Tasks include configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, and workflow rules, as well as providing support to end users and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator/Developer may also be responsible for developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.

 

Requirements

  • Manage the Salesforce platform (Service Could, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning) to ensure that department goals are being met, and where necessary, design program structures.

  • Managing and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, and workflow rules

  • Providing end-user support and troubleshooting any issues that arise

  • Developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools

  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization

  • Maintaining and improving data quality and security

  • Training and mentoring other team members

  • Staying current with new Salesforce features and functionality

  • Expected to continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, and close performance gaps while meeting established goals.

  • Acts as a champion for change within the department, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the customer experience and team member engagement.

  • Responsible to work closely with Key stakeholders to understand the top opportunities, identify operation-centric solutions, and contribute to the strategic roadmap.

  • Will collaborate with product owners to conceive and refine project requirements, user needs, and business needs.

  • Will communicate and test the user experience at various stages of the design process.

  • Contribute as a strong technical lead, who can guide the team through the solutions after reviewing them with the solution architect.

  • Responsible for contributing to all the phases of software development cycles.

  • Create technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Administration and Development

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
