  • Receives and  assess the Employee Requisition Form (ERF) from the requesting department head and  make recommendations if needed.

  • Acquires, compiles and collates JD upon received from Department Head.

  • Establishes linkages with schools, training centers, professional organizations and LGU's.

  • Posts job vacancies in schools, manpower or government agencies,career website,social media and company bulletin boards.

  • Attends Job Fairs.

  • Develops, monitors, reviews recruitment strategy to fit current demands and market trends such as online applications

  • Reviews and implements recruitment policy, procedures and forms.

  •  Coordinates with Department Heads with their Manpower needs.

  • Monitors manpower movements and promotions.

  • Establishes linkages with schools, training centers, professional organizations and local government units; Initiates recruitment strategies to ensure that there is a sufficient pool of qualified candidates, ready when the manpower requirement arises;

  • Maintain adequate pool of applicants at all times.

  • Schedules qualified applicants for interviews and psychological exam or skills test/hands on test.

  • Conducts initial interview and recommend shortlist to the requesting department head.

  • Conducts background check  or employment verification of qualified applicants.

  • Coordinates with the requesting department head on the schedule of final interview and  assessment.

  • Gives, receives and assess pre-employment requirements to newly hired employees.

  • Prepares job offer and presents to the qualified applicant.

  • Prepares orientation kit for newly hired employees, biometric registration etc.


  • A graduate of Psychology or any  Behavioral-related courses.

  • Advance knowledge of HR functions; advanced knowledge in recruitment

  • Should have at least 1-2 years related work experience.

  • Computer literate, knowledge in HRIS is an advantage

  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication,interpersonal,planning, organizational and presentation skills.

  • Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details.

  • Assertive,highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.

  • Flexible,results-oriented,and can do multi-tasking.
