Accounts Payable and Billing Officer

Is currently looking for:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND BILLING OFFICER

Area of Assignment: Talisay City, Cebu

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field 

• Familiarity with Bookkeeping and Basic Accounting procedures 

• Highly organized and detail-oriented 

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Preferably with experience in a similar role 

• Must be willing to work in a construction industry 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check the validity and accuracy of all payments for processing.

• Check and Analyze accounting entries made for posting in the Book of Accounts.

• Prepare consolidated reports and monitor aging reports for accounts payable. 

• Prepare government reportorial as required. 

• Processes Liquidation and validate all expense accounts. 

• Assist in handling the Computation of the Daily Time Record.

• Responsible for the issuance of receipts or billing statements, SOA, Completion Report, AOF on the Customers/Clients. 

• Ad hoc reporting and administrative duties as required.
