Responsibilities:
 
Timekeeping and Payroll:
Prepare all timekeeping and payroll information from the company HRIS and other sources on a bimonthly basis
Process payroll disputes as necessary
Prepare monthly incentive reports
Respond to timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries and requests
Employee Movements:
Send out employee movement reminders (e.g. regularizations, promotions)
Process contract creation for employee movements such as promotions, progressions, and salary increase
Create announcements for the company communications channel to share employee movements
Update the employee records and the company HRIS as necessary
Reports:
Create weekly attendance and movement reports
Other HR reports as needed
Other HR-related tasks:
Facilitate HR orientations as necessary
Provide support for Cebu-focused employee engagement activities
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and other related fields
At least six (6) months of experience in timekeeping and payroll is required
Keen attention to detail
Basic knowledge of payroll computations and statutory benefits
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Able to report to the company’s Cebu office as needed for engagement events and BCP
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM
Amenable to work in-office as required
