Timekeeping and Payroll:

  • Prepare all timekeeping and payroll information from the company HRIS and other sources on a bimonthly basis

  • Process payroll disputes as necessary

  • Prepare monthly incentive reports

  • Respond to timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries and requests

Employee Movements:

  • Send out employee movement reminders (e.g. regularizations, promotions)

  • Process contract creation for employee movements such as promotions, progressions, and salary increase

  • Create announcements for the company communications channel to share employee movements

  • Update the employee records and the company HRIS as necessary


  • Create weekly attendance and movement reports

  • Other HR reports as needed

  • Other HR-related tasks:

  • Facilitate HR orientations as necessary

  • Provide support for Cebu-focused employee engagement activities

  • Other ad-hoc duties


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and other related fields

  • At least six (6) months of experience in timekeeping and payroll is required

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of payroll computations and statutory benefits

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Able to report to the company’s Cebu office as needed for engagement events and BCP

  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth

  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS

  • Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM

  • Amenable to work in-office as required
