SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER

 

Senior Production Engineers are responsible to:

  • Ensure that the production lines meet and sustain productivity and yield requirements by eliminating causes of variations of 4M's

  • Enforcing adherence to established production systems and standards

  • Determine opportunities for productivity and quality improvements, as well as reduction of production costs

Job Qualifications:

  • With 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing Industry

  • Had extensive experience in dealing with numerous and instantaneous deviations to production processes

  • Ingenuous in thinking sound countermeasures to novel dilemmas and has shown the ability to translate business problems to solutions

  • Able to work cooperatively with different clients or external customers, and take ownership to designated responsibilities

  • Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles (e,g. 6 Thinking Hats, CATWOE approach, etc.)
