The Job

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Cash Management:

Support in the preparation of cash report for all group entities (more than 40 and subsidiaries)
Formalize, implement, and monitor intercompany loans.
Prepare relevant forms and submit requirements to optimize and drawdown the necessary amount from lending bank;
Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements to cover payments

Bank Account Management:

Assist in the maintenance of consistent bank powers over all existing bank accounts
Handle the opening and closing of all bank accounts to support the business operation
Support in the timely maintenance of bank accounts master list and accesses
Support in the bank account integration for newly acquired entities and bank reviews

Other Treasury matters:

Assist in the consolidation of year-end audit requirements
Communicate with relevant banks for any queries related to treasury & payment matters
Other tasks assigned by Group Treasury Leader or Analyst

The Candidate

Your profile

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or any related course
Comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers
Ability to take and execute projects autonomously and proactively.
Has initiative and flexible to adapt any management changes
Highly proficient in Excel and other MS office applications
Fluent English
Amenable to work mid-shift schedule
