Learning and Development Staff (Assigned in Danao City, Cebu)

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning and development programs, such as but not limited to orientations, workshops, learning sessions, and/or teambuilding

• Create training modules and deliver the developmental and organizational training requirements and needs for new and existing employees

• Identify and evaluate the effectiveness for training programs to determine areas for improvement and implement changes necessary for training enhancement

• Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling trainings, preparation and setting up of training equipment, etc.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate training database

Job Qualifications:

• With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or with equivalent experience

• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Amenable to work in the City of Naga, Cebu
