Mynimo is looking for a  Customer Service Representative   capable of helping our growing Sales team!

 

Qualifications:

  • At least college level

  • Preferably with experience in Sales/Customer Service, Chat Support or related job

  • Experience in handling local account is an advantage but not required.

  • Can speak Cebuano and Tagalog fluently.

  • English is only preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospect clients. 

  • Reach monthly quota of qualified leads and sales amount from qualified leads WON.

  • Attend scheduled team meetings, training sessions, and learning opportunities as may be required by the immediate head and the company.

  • Closely collaborate with Account Executives to help grow and fill pipelines, and to create, develop and manage strategic accounts

  • Perform QA Coaching with the QA team lead to ensure that Mynimo is to provide quality customer service on outbound and inbound calls at all times.

  • Perform leadmining by researching and building new and existing accounts by identifying and adding contacts, sending regular emails, and setting appointments.

  • Initiate follow-ups on qualified leads.

  • Take charge of tracking down sales.

  • Perform other relevant tasks as may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
