Mynimo is looking for a Customer Service Representative capable of helping our growing Sales team!
At least college level
Preferably with experience in Sales/Customer Service, Chat Support or related job
Experience in handling local account is an advantage but not required.
Can speak Cebuano and Tagalog fluently.
English is only preferred but not required
Initiate outbound calls to prospect clients.
Reach monthly quota of qualified leads and sales amount from qualified leads WON.
Attend scheduled team meetings, training sessions, and learning opportunities as may be required by the immediate head and the company.
Closely collaborate with Account Executives to help grow and fill pipelines, and to create, develop and manage strategic accounts
Perform QA Coaching with the QA team lead to ensure that Mynimo is to provide quality customer service on outbound and inbound calls at all times.
Perform leadmining by researching and building new and existing accounts by identifying and adding contacts, sending regular emails, and setting appointments.
Initiate follow-ups on qualified leads.
Take charge of tracking down sales.
Perform other relevant tasks as may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
